The lecture will include theoretical insights and practical activities:

  • Introduction to the history and culture of Sushi, Sashimi and seafood specialties of Japanese culture;
  • the use and cooking of rice;
  • filleting fish;
  • the importance of vegetables;
  • realization Sushi, Sashimi, Onigiri, Maki and more;
  • Tasting of the dishes made with the accompaniment of drinks.
