EVENING COOKING COURSE

Evening cooking course - first level is starting on September 28th. 5 lessons every Tuesday at 7:30 pm for 3 hours rich in recipes, delicious food and good company! Every class focuses on a special theme (sauces, vegetables, pasta, fish and finally meat). You will be welcomed by a light snack before the beginning of every lesson and, of course, you will have thae chance to taste all of the food prepared in the class! INTENSIVE COOKING COURSE IN NOVEMBER

Next professional cooking course will take place in November: 4 weeks of hands on everyday cooking lessons! Expert chefs will teach 4 recipes for each lesson and your creations will be then served for lunch. In the afternoon Italian language classes for foreigners will help you learning the vocabulary of the kitchen! A PASSAGE TO JAPAN

Master Chef Gianluca Pardini will be visiting Japan from July 3rd 2010, and, as every year, he will bring his expertise to promote Italy and its culinary culture. Among the numerous appointments, he will teach several lessons in cooking colleges all over Japan and he will be guest of honour of the \"Tuscan Cooking Festival\" in Bunryu Restaurant in Kunitachi (Tokyo). Tuesday, october 6th, fish menu with Chef Giuseppe Cesarali, long experienced cook of Osteria Mezzo Marinaio in Viareggio. Chef Cesarali will reveal the secrets of his cooking!
